Desulfurization Gypsum Dryer is widely used in many industries for dry materials,such as cement, mining, building materials, chemical, food, fertilizer production.In order to control the drying temperature,configure thermocouple at the in and out device.

   Desulfurization gypsum is sent to multilayer rotary drum's inner layer by the feeding device,realizing downstream drying. Desulfurization gypsum is lifted continuously,scattered in the spiral way to exchange heat by the lifting flights in the inner layer,the materials move to the opposite end of the inner layer and enter into the middle,countercurrent drying,the materials in the middle are lifted conatantly,and show in the way of advance two steps, retreat a step. The materials in the middle not only absorb fully the heat send out by the inner drum,but also absorb the heat send out by the middle-level drum,at the same time,it extend the drying time,at this time the materials reach the best dryness. Materials go to the middle-level and fall into the outer,in the outer layer of the drum,the materials advance in the rectangular multiloop way to reach the drying effect.Under the hot wind,materials advance quickly and discharge from the rotary drum;these wet materials that can't reach the drying effect can't advance quickly due to its own weight.The materials can be dried in the rectangular lifting flights,thus reach the drying effect and complete the drying process.

  Desulfurization gypsum mainly applications:after dried,it can be used as cement retarder; hardening to become half-water gypsum,which is used to make gypsum board, gypsum block, stucco plaster.According to different heat transfers,gypsum processing can be divided into two kinds of direct method and indirect method:

 1, indirect method(two steps of drying and calcined)

According to the power plant's energy condition and environmental requirements,two steps of drying and calcined make the free water that is easy to prolapse and crystalline water that is difficult to prolapse separate in two devices,to make it more reasonable,but also control easily the products' structure and quality.This device can produce dry dihydrate gypsum(cement retarder),ultra-high-class gypsum.

 2, direct method(one-step method of drying and calcined)

One-step method of drying and calcined use the three-layer drum drying technology with high heat transfer and mass transfer to design a set of gypsum calcining process device.This process device can produce dry dihydrate gypsum(cement retarder),it also can produce hemihydrate gypsum.The air temperature to produce dry hemihydrate gypsum is only 120 degree, it just take advantage of the low-temperature flue gas of thermal power plants.

1, strong anti-overload,large capacity,low fuel consumption, low drying cost;

2, adopt the downstream drying way,hot air and wet materials enter into dryer on the same side,use the high-temperature air to obtain high evaporation strength.The outlet temperature of the dryer is low and thermal efficiency is high;

3, according to different material properties,change the operating parameters,so that the materials can form a stable full-cut fabric curtain in the dryer's cylinder body,mass heat exchange is more full;

4, adopt new feedin,discharging device to eliminate the vertical dryer feed blocking, discontinuous, uneven and returning materials,reduce the load of the dust removal system;

5, achieve "zero level thrust",greatly reduce the wear and tear of the riding wheel,the cylinder operate smoothly and reliably;

6, adopt "self-aligning type riding wheel device",so that the roller and rolling ring can contact in linear,thus greatly reduce the wear and power loss;

7, according to users' requirements,control the products' moisture.
